Background

Having started her career as a registered nurse Jill has worked across all areas of the health sector in both operational and change management roles and in a variety of senior management and board positions. She has been successful in undertaking a range of joint collaborative work including early development of Children Trusts and joint commissioning arrangements. Since establishing the management company seven years ago with her partner she has undertaken a variety of assignments for NHS organisations. These have included the establishment of new organisations/units , assurance, turnaround and restructure and the transfer and closure of departments/ units.
